We replace them at no cost. Vetting for the replacement begins the day you tell us, and your Client Success Manager manages the handover so the work does not stop.
Will they work in my time zone?
Yes. Your VA works your hours, and you confirm the observed holiday list with them during onboarding.
How do I work with my VA day to day?
Like any member of your team. Your Virtual Assistant works your hours, in your tools, and takes direction from you.
Your Client Success Manager stays on your account, so if anything needs sorting there is one person to message, not a ticket queue.
What is actually included in the CRM Suite?
